All pieces are made by hand and checked before sending but if for any reason you feel your item/s are defective or faulty please get in touch, they will be replaced or repaired if this is brought to our attention within the returns period. Please email email@example.com to arrange a return.
Returns only apply where proof of purchase is given and if the item/s are returned within 14 days, unworn and in the original packaging. Return postage costs are paid by you, we would recommend a tracked service as you are responsible for the item/s until we receive them.
All earrings are non refundable under UK health and safety guidelines. Bespoke or custom items and shipping costs are also non-returnable or refundable.
